Alexandre Orion, artista plástico, vem promovendo interessantes intervenções artísticas na cidade de São Paulo. Orion realiza em sua peça,
METABIÓTICA, fotos encaixando pessoas com curiosas imagens previamente grafitadas em muros pela cidade.
A imagem nos muros por si só não tem sentido completo, e para que sentido faça é necessário uma fração de segundo, o momento do clique da foto, no instante exato que um transeute qualquer passe, para que o recado pretendido por Orion seja então transmitido.
Outra intervenção sua é a
OSSÁRIO, feita na passagem subterrânea entre a Avenida Europa e a Avenida Cidade Jardim. Além do belo visual traz consigo uma questão a mais; a crítica social. Interessantíssimo como Orion faz essa instalação, ele desenha caveiras humanas ao limpar a fuligem impregnada no túnel.
Assim, quem passa por ali percebe que a poluição dos carros é algo sério e que não deve ser esquecido.
Policiais chegam para impedir que Orion continue desenhando, mas eles nada podem fazer, afinal ele não está cometendo nenhum crime, está só limpando a sujeira do túnel. Sem poder vencê-lo a prefeitura leva mangueiras e une-se a ele, limpando as paredes do túnel da fuligem.

Art: Temporal, The Art of Stephan Doitschinoff (aka Calma)April 1st, 2009
Stephan Doitschinoff is known through the streets of the world as Calma (calm), and nothing could be more precise to describe this street artist and painter, from São Paulo, that always brought together the sacred and the profane in his work.
Between 2005 and 2008, Stephan travelled to the countryside of Bahia, specifically the the small city of Lençóis. There he started to decorate houses, the local church and even the cemetery with his paintings. He also managed to develop partnerships with the local artisans, using that to expand his research of folklore and religious views.
All of that can be seen in Temporal (tempest), a 13 minute documentary that shows the artists journey to this little city in the middle of the Chapada Diamatina. The video was directed by
Bruno Mitih and can be seen after the jump.
Besides that, Stephan Doitschinoff has a
series of paintings inspired by the Divine Comedy, made specially for the band
Sepultura, exhibitions in Madrid, Los Angeles, New York, and now a book called
