ELDA (Evaluations and Language Resources Distribution Agency, www.elda.org) a pour activités principales la distribution et la production de ressources linguistiques, ainsi que l’évaluation de technologies de la langue (traduction automatique, reconnaissance de la parole, etc.).

Dans le cadre de ses activités de production, ELDA offre un poste de transcripteur (H/F) à temps plein pour la constitution d’un corpus de transcriptions.

Mandarin

Mission :
Il s’agit de transcrire 2 heures de conversations téléphoniques dans le domaine financier pour évaluer et améliorer le système de transcription automatique. Le travail sera effectué via un logiciel et selon des conventions de transcription spécifiques. La formation au logiciel et aux conventions sera assurée par l’employeur. La mission aura lieu obligatoirement dans les locaux du client (Montrouge).

Profil recherché :

Excellent niveau d’orthographe et de grammaire dans la langue sélectionnée
Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise pour le suivi et la compréhension des conventions de transcription
Bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique
Capacité à intégrer des règles de transcription et à les suivre scrupuleusement et avec constance.

Durée : 3 semaines à temps plein.

Salaire : 1982,33 € mensuel brut sur la base de 35h.

Context:
ELDA’s (Evaluations and Language Resources Distribution Agency, www.elda.org) main activities are the distribution and production of language resources, as well as the evaluation of language technologies (automatic translation, speech recognition, etc.).

As part of its production activities, ELDA is offering a full-time position for a transcriber to build up a corpus of transcriptions in Mandarin.

Duty:
The task consists of transcribing 2 hours of telephone conversations in the financial domain, with the aim of evaluating and improving an automatic transcription system. The task will be carried out using dedicated software and specific transcription guidelines. Software and guidelines training will be provided by the employer. The task must be completed on-site at the client’s premises in Montrouge (92).

Qualifications:

Mandarin speaker with excellent spelling and grammar
Good command of English (or French) to understand and follow transcription guidelines
Good computer skills
Ability to integrate transcription rules and follow them scrupulously and consistently

Duration: 3 weeks, full-time (35 hours/week)

Salary: €1,982.33 gross monthly salary (based on 35 hours/week)
